Chess Brain Trainer is published by Vladan Pejović, Kraljevo, Srbija, Republic of Serbia (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
All three modes, every difficulty and every puzzle are free. The app needs no account and shows no advertising.
Your progress — puzzles played, results, XP, ranks, achievements and settings — is stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore it if it is lost: it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Premium is an optional one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and is never charged again. It adds:
Premium gives insight into your own practice, never an advantage in it: scoring is the same for every player.
The purchase is made through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows you before you confirm it, and under Google Play's own terms. Google handles the payment; we never receive your card number or any other payment detail. Premium belongs to the Google account it was bought with. If it does not appear after you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to that account, write to us at the address below.
You can ask for a refund through Google Play, under Google Play's refund policy. If that is no longer possible, or Premium does not work as described here, write to us and we will look at it.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own practice. Please do not copy or redistribute the app or its puzzle collection, sell access to it, or try to get around the Premium purchase.
We improve the app over time, and modes, puzzles and features may change. We work to keep it running correctly on supported devices, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of faults or available on every device or Android version.
The app is a training tool. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss of progress stored on your device. This does not limit our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
What the app collects, and what it does not, is set out in its privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
If we change these terms, the new version appears at this same address and the date at the top changes.
